On the morning of August 18th, 2025, DMF opened the doors to its newly renovated campus at 4321 20th Ave South in Fargo, North Dakota.
This is more than just a building. The space serves as a testament to the power of what happens when people come together with purpose. We have arrived here because of the visionaries who came before us, especially those Dakota Hospital physicians whose bold dream to serve planted the foundation for everything DMF has become. Their courage sparked a movement, and we are so proud to continue that movement with the opening of this space.
The facility will house not only DMF and Impact Foundation but also:

- Optometric Foundation of North Dakota
- Alex Stern Family Foundation
- Peace Academy
- North Dakota Safety Council
- More than 100 donor-advised funds
This building is a gift to the community — a place to gather, be inspired, and do great things together.
